Meet the PresidentDavid P. Lapierre, creator of DLG Results, a Website Development and Internet Marketing Company, is a business-minded Worcester native with an outgoing personality and cutting-edge professional agenda. Lapierre started DLG Results in 2000, providing local companies, government and non-profit organizations the opportunity to modernize their operation and public relations systems with creative and professional websites designed with their goals and target audiences in mind. Since the start of his company, he has designed websites for many organizations, such as: Waste Management, Clear Channel, Good as Gold Coffee, Boston Billiards Club, The Worcester Country Sheriff's Department, The Worcester County Probate and Family Court and the Rainbow Child Development Center. Lapierre employs programs like Google Analytics and Hacker Safe software to provide his clients the assurance of a secure website with optimal visibility. Lapierre remains cutting-edge in the business world by having a keen understanding of the business process and keeping up-to-date with the most innovative technology and programs on the market. He has participated annually in the Search Engine Optimization Convention in New York since 2002 and has attended seminars sponsored by Yahoo and Google that specialize in Content Management Systems, Search Engine Optimization, as well as website-security and maximum rankings achievement. He is a member of a Search Engine Marketing Professional organization as well as TOP SEOS (Search Engine Optimization), and participates in many Search Engine Blogs. After graduating from Saint John's high school in Shrewsbury, MA, Lapierre went on to receive a degree in Business Administration and Marketing from Nichols College of Dudley. From there, he gained 20 years experience in content development and twelve years experience in Specialty Publishing after lucrative business endeavors encompassing catalogue design, city guides, and a college-based magazine called College Monthly that he published for over seven years. The magazine was very successful, being distributed to over 70 colleges and universities and read by over 200,000 students in the late eighties and early nineties. Lapierre has nearly twenty years of teaching experience after being a member of the Adjunct Faculty of Becker College in Worcester where he taught Micro and Macro Economics as well as a 400 level Market Research class. Today, the majority of his time is spent developing DLG Results and expanding his client base. When he does have a day off, Lapierre enjoys boating, skiing, and hanging out with his teenage son. |
