Steffon, James and Finnegan is an insurance agency operating out of Worcester, MA.  They wanted their website to act as a resource for their old customers, as well as a draw to bring in new customers.  In order to give Steffon, James and Finnegan complete control of their website, DLG Results gave them a new website design and Content Management System, which allowed them to customize and update their website pages instantly.  Steffon, James and Finnegan administrative users are now able to switch out news updates, such as new car insurance regulations, and perhaps most valuably, upload insurance forms right to their website for users to print and complete at their own convenience. In order to help new and old customers find the website, DLG Results also did simple Search Engine Optimization for the website. 

DLG Results also created a simple webpage for the Worcester County Independent Insurance Agent's Association, posting contact information and a simple explanation of what the WCIIAA does in order for them to remain in better contact with their members and recruit new agents.
