Better Business Bureau

DLG Results has been a member of the Better Business Bureau since March of 2007. The Better Business Bureau is a national organization that creates better relationships between businesses and consumers and addresses ethical concerns in the business world. They are concerned with matters regarding: business reliability reports, dispute resolution, truth-in-advertising, consumer and business education, and charity reviews.

Business Reliability Reports allow a consumer to see how reliable a company or organization is before doing business with them. The report will include information about the business, when it joined the BBB, what BBB programs the business participates in, and an overall customer experience of the business. DLG Results' Better Business Bureau report shows that DLG has a good record with few or no complaints, participates in the Membership Identification Program (allows DLG to identify themselves as BBB members in off-line media), and adheres to arbitration (third-party resolution of problems) to solve any disputes that may arise.   Dispute Resolution is one of the most important services the BBB provides. They have a special council that act as a neutral third party or arbitrator to help resolve conflict between businesses and consumers.  The BBB is concerned with truth-in-advertising. This means that the BBB will provide information about companies who are using false advertising to make consumers aware of any false claims and marketing schemes. They will also resolve conflicts between consumers and advertisers when a consumer is subject to a false advertising claim at no cost to the consumer. They provide a code of advertising to their members and provide a variety of information about advertising to educate businesses and the public.     The BBB provides consumer and business education to prevent identity theft and protect the privacy of all users. They have an online library devoted to protecting consumers and businesses from internet threats.

The BBB also provides charity reviews to give the public more information about participating charities to help them make more informed donations.

The Better Business Bureau is a well known and well respected organization. By becoming a member of the BBB, DLG Results is showing that they care about their reputation as a business, the quality of their business, and their clientele.
